1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Clara Assist ("Clara," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Clara is an AI scheduling assistant that helps you book appointments, manage calendar events, and coordinate scheduling through phone, text, and calendar integrations.

2. Service Description

Clara provides the following services:

• AI-powered appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Phone and SMS-based booking assistance
• Google Calendar integration and synchronization
• Automated scheduling coordination with businesses and contacts
• Appointment reminders and updates

3. User Accounts and Registration

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Clara
• You agree to provide accurate and current information
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Clara to:

• Book fake appointments or engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through our service
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Spam businesses with excessive booking requests
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Use our service for any commercial purpose without authorization

5. Calendar and Data Access

By connecting your Google Calendar:

• You grant Clara permission to read and create calendar events
• Clara will access your calendar only for scheduling purposes
• You can revoke calendar access at any time through your account settings
• Clara will not share your calendar data with third parties without consent

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Service Availability

• Clara is currently in beta and service availability may vary
• We do not guarantee 100% uptime or availability
• Features may change as we improve the service
• We may suspend or terminate service with reasonable notice

8. Limitation of Liability

Clara provides scheduling assistance but is not responsible for:

• Missed appointments due to business closures or schedule changes
• Miscommunications between you and service providers
• Third-party service failures or cancellations
• Any damages resulting from use of our service

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
• Upon termination, your access to Clara will cease
• Data retention follows our Privacy Policy

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
